Tuition Rates and Fees 2026-2027 

A child is considered registered once the online Registration Process is complete, including paying the registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable. 
  
 In addition to the online registration information, we require BACK TO SCHOOL paperwork consisting of a Student Health Record (must be signed by child’s physician), an Acknowledgment/ Release/Permission form, Food Allergy Care Plan (if applicable) and an Automated Tuition Express form.  A copy of each child’s immunization record is required, as well.  These forms will be posted online in early July.  The forms MUST be printed, completed, and submitted to the ECC Office by August 1st.  A $50 late fee will be charged on August 16th for any packet not submitted in a timely manner.  Required forms must be submitted for the child to attend on the first day of school.

OPEN ONLINE REGISTRATION - Monday, March 2, 2026

                                     Please note that beginning April 1st, a 3% processing fee will be applied to payments made by card. To avoid fees, you may pay with ACH.
