Sibling Preparation for Current ECC Families

Any NEW SIBLING must be added to a family's ECC Procare account before the family can register that sibling.  Please complete this form so we can add your child to your existing account. Complete a new form for each new child. 

Please allow 1 business day for the new child (children) to show up in your Myprocare account before completing the registration process.
